The Dutch are coming!! I was chosen as an Italian voice actor for the new Odido commercial

I was chosen as an Italian voice actor to create the Italian background voiceover and the Italian chef's scream for the commercial for Odido, the leading Dutch telecommunications provider.

The TV commercial was created for the advertising campaign for the Dutch team competing at the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.

I love combining creating funny Italian voices for fun and boisterous characters, like this one, with a deep narrative voice, also in Italian, typical of an elegant voiceover.

It was a very engaging voiceover, and being involved as an Italian voice actor also pushed me to delve deeper into the script and its meaning, even though it was originally in Dutch.

Odido has decided to create and give all its Dutch subscribers "Klapwanten" gloves, special gloves that reproduce the classic "Klapschaats" sound, better known as Clap Skate, used by speed skaters.

All that remains is for me to wish the Dutch team the best of luck in these Italian Olympics, and to all Dutch fans, I invite you to clap your hands even louder!
